Your children will love seeing the place they've heard so much about, and there will be activities for all ages. On Saturday be sure to check out the bounce house on East College lawn, as well as the Camp DPYou option. Meals at a reduced cost for children will be available.
Class of 1959 50th Reunion
Members of the golden anniversary Class of 1959 will begin their reunion activities on Wednesday, June 10. After registering in the Memorial Student Union Building, stop by the hospitality suite in Humbert Hall, where the reunion really begins! The activities and fun continue all the way through Sunday morning.
School of Nursing Call Out
This year at Alumni Reunion Weekend, we will also celebrate those that graduated from the School of Nursing in any class year. Come back to campus and join fellow School of Nursing alumni at a special lunch on Saturday.
Open House at the Elms
The Elms, the traditional DePauw University president's home, is significant as one of the most elaborate and best-preserved examples of the Colonial Revival style in Greencastle. The residence today serves as President Brian Casey's home, as well as a place of special hospitality for alumni, students, faculty members, and guests of DePauw University. The Elms was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Alumni Colleges
Grab your notebooks and sharpen your pencils! Experience firsthand the teaching of DePauw's outstanding faculty members and state-of-the-art technology in today's classrooms at the Alumni Colleges. Take a virtual tour of the DePauw Nature Park, listen to the Class of 1959's own scientist-astronaut Joe Allen, and listen to students discuss DePauw's efforts in sustainability, just to name a few.
Alumni Celebration
Don't miss the Alumni Celebration in the Green Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday. Come and enjoy the traditional annual meeting of the Alumni Association and procession of the 25th and 50th classes.
The celebration includes a nostalgic audiovisual roll call of classes, induction into the Indiana Asbury Society for alumni celebrating 50 or more reunion years, recognition of the golden and silver anniversary classes, an address by Brian W. Casey, DePauw's 19th president, and remarks by the Alumni Association president, Lisa Henderson Bennett '93.
Community Leadership Awards
The prevalence of community and volunteer leaders among the ranks of DePauw alumni is a meaningful University hallmark. In fact, a recent comprehensive survey revealed that 78 percent of DePauw alumni who volunteer are also leaders in the community organizations they serve.
To recognize a DePauw tradition of volunteerism and the individuals who embody it, the Alumni Association Board of Directors inaugurated the Community Leadership Awards in 2006. The fourth annual Community Leadership Awards will be presented on Saturday, June 13, at the class reunion lunches or dinners. Click here to see a list of the 2008 Recipients!

Kingston Trio Concert
In 1957 The Kingston Trio emerged from San Francisco's North Beach club scene to take the country by storm, bringing the rich tradition of American folk music into the mainstream for the first time. During the late 1950s and early '60s, the Trio enjoyed unprecedented record sales and worldwide fame, while influencing the musical tastes of a generation. Through changing times, the Trio has played on, remaining popular for a simple reason... great songs that sound as good today as the first time you heard them. And 51 years after Tom Dooley shot to the top of the charts, the Trio is still on the road 30 weeks a year, bringing back all the great memories and making new ones.
Saturday Afternoon Receptions
The School of Music, "D" Association, School of Music, Greek chapters and Men's Hall Association welcome you back! Visit with fraternity and sorority members, classmates, and other DePauw alumni.
Alumni Chapel
The traditional Alumni Chapel will take place in Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church on Sunday. Many alumni celebrating a reunion will participate in the service.
Met and Married Brunch
Reconnect where it all began! If you are among the alumni who met their significant other at DePauw and then married him/her, you will receive a special ribbon to wear proudly on your name badge.
We are also offering a special brunch buffet at the Walden Inn & Conference Center on Sunday, so you can reminisce with others about your time at DePauw and how you met your true love.
Annual Fund
Take this opportunity to support the Annual Fund. A DePauw education has never been more relevant, but private liberal arts education is an expensive endeavor. Your gift will help DePauw increase the alumni participation rate and support your class gift while enhancing the University's intellectual life on campus.
